Can't find the App Store?

For Xfinity Customers:

To fix the StreamX app issue, disable Xfinity's Advanced Security by opening the Xfinity app, going to "More," and selecting "My Services." Turn off xFi Advanced Security. Then, press and hold "6" on your StreamX remote to access the App Store. This should resolve the issue.

For Spectrum Customers:

If you're having trouble with SuperBox on a Spectrum network, it might be due to Spectrum's Security Shield. Disable it by opening the My Spectrum app, going to "Services & Equipment," selecting "Security Shield," and toggling it off. Once done, press and hold "6" on your StreamX remote to access the App Store.

If the issue persists, turn off ISP security settings by logging into your account and disabling any firewall features. Alternatively, try connecting to a mobile hotspot instead of Wi-Fi.
